 An operationally driven individual with a proven record of delivering high value multi discipline projects, for both private and commercial clients. Gerard progressed his career from consulting engineering to the construction industry as an operations manager. Providing services for clients such as Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Executive, Network Rail, and Ministry of Defence; he learned to exercise his competencies and develop commercial awareness to deliver a string of bespoke projects for private clients across Scotland. A results orientated professional, with a sound understanding of quality management and contract administration. Highly motivated under significant pressure with aptitude to perform effectively, Gerard is proficient in coordinating core functions to deliver quality client focused outcomes. Delivery and compliance of key quality management systems and administration schemes such as ISO9001, MCS and RECC. Including a broad understanding of construction, engineering, and renewable energy sector; the markets they serve and incentives available.

"All seems to be well here. The system is working very nicely and has reduced our consumption from the grid from about 8 units per day to about 1 unit per day.
